Conceptual Planning
Alexandra Construction utilizes a methodical approach to conceptual planning working with Our Clients and the Design Team. During the schematic design phase, we develop
a thorough and realistic estimate for each project based upon Our Client’s program needs. Our experience and continual updating of our conceptual planning program allows
us to transform an abstract concept or a preliminary set of plans into a guaranteed project budget.

Feasibility
Our early involvement in a project ensures that feasibility issues are analyzed and value added options are considered before the project design is completed. We assess the practicality of the proposed project in the view of the cost required and the value to be attained. We offer unbiased, objective evaluations, providing prudent guidance, upon which Our Clients can make informed decisions.

Constructability
We collaborate with Our Clients and the Design Team to identify and resolve obstacles that would otherwise slow the construction process. Reviewing details and interfaces of systems and components during preconstruction assists in minimizing delays and additional costs. Utilizing our construction knowledge to perform a review from the bottom up enables flawless execution of complex developments.

BIM
Building Information Modeling allows the entire Project Team to see virtual construction of the project in a multidimensional venue prior to the actual construction. Our Virtual Designers work with the Design Team and Trade Partners to coordinate the structure, assemblies, MEP systems and finish details. Clash detection identifies conflicts where components of the building interfere with each other. The completely coordinated model enables prefabrication of systems, minimization of waste and reduction of construction duration, resulting in cost savings for Our Clients.

Safety
We provide a safe, healthy and secure work evironment on our projects for all of our tradesmen, Partners and the general public. Site-specific Accident Prevention Plans and trade specific Activity Hazard Analysis forms are developed prior to the start of construction. Each tradesman, Team Member and visitor attends our Safety Orientation Presentation prior to entering our jobsite. Our unwavering commitment to safety is accomplished through the implementation of continuous training and proper equipment. Safety is an integral component of our Business Culture.
