Collaboration
The professionals at Alexandra Construction are known for their ability to work in a cooperative manner. Our management team is constantly initiating policies and procedures that enable Alexandra Construction to communicate, coordinate, and work more effectively not only internally within our organization but externally with Our Partners. Information sharing and open communication are the cornerstone and strength of our company.

Schedule
The Project’s schedule is one of the most critically important management tools used to assure a timely and successful completion of a project. Our schedulers, certified on Primavera Scheduling Software, possess the knowledge, experience and a fundamental understanding of realistic resource capabilities to prepare a properly coordinated work sequence. Together with input from Our Partners, we develop extremely effective scheduling documents that guide each project through its' critical path.

Cost Control
All of our staff members are trained to protect Our Clients’ financial interests and minimize our project costs. Proper preconstruction ensures the development of coordinated building documents and a firm budget. Project Progress Meetings and internal review processes allow us to track critical path items, focus on milestones and complete the project on time and within budget.

Sustainability
Sustainable and Green Building Techniques provide a positive impact to society. We consistently provide our clients with many levels of support as it pertains to sustainability and the U.S. Green Building Council. Our key personnel hold LEED® credentials and our Project Management Teams are capable of providing many levels of Green Building Support Services including tracking and documenting sustainable points as well as gathering supporting paperwork.

Lean
LEAN Principles guide us to reduce and manage variability and uncertainty in the execution of our project’s plan. A critical focus on all projects is the elimination of waste and to continuously make improvements in order to minimize cost and maximize value. We incorporate LEAN techniques such as “one touch handling”, multi-skilling, and push/pull analysis into all aspects of our projects.
